If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution for you. All items purchased through Simply Preloved Children's Boutique are eligible for return/refund within 14 days from the original date of receipt by post.
To arrange a return, please email us at kate@simplyprelovedchildrensboutique.co.uk with "Refund/Return" in the subject line. Please also include your name, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return (i.e. faulty, wrong size, not liked). Items must be returned to us by post in the same condition they were sent out in before a refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be offered once the items have been returned to us. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the postage on the returned items, and we do ask that proof of postage is obtained.
We have different descriptions for our clothes; BNWT, BNWOT, EUC and GUC.
BNWT = Brand New With Tags
BNWOT = Brand New Without Tags (These may have been partially in place and/or damaged and have been removed)
EUC = Excellent Used Condition (As new condition, with no bobbling or other signs of wear)
GUC = Good Used Condition (Some very minor signs of wash/wear or slight bobbling or snags to the material)
Please note that all of our clothing has been through a stringent quality check process and there are no marks or stains.
SIZING
We aim to always size clothing down; if an item is labelled 3 years this will be labelled 2-3 years, 4 years will be labelled 3-4 years and so on.
All clothes labelled newborn or first size will be labelled as up to 1 month with a weight indicated if applicable.
In our experience, sizes across different brands can vary greatly particularly in smaller sizes. If you see something you like and are worried about the sizing, contact me for measurements and I will come back to you as soon as possible. Please also note that with any pre-loved item they will have been washed and are not likely to come up as big as a brand new item.
