Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution for you. All items purchased through Simply Preloved Children's Boutique are eligible for return/refund within 14 days from the original date of receipt by post.


To arrange a return, please email us at kate@simplyprelovedchildrensboutique.co.uk with "Refund/Return" in the subject line.  Please also include your name, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return (i.e. faulty, wrong size, not liked). Items must be returned to us by post in the same condition they were sent out in before a refund will be processed. Please include your name, address and original order number with your package.


Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be issued via the original payment method once the items have been returned to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the postage on the returned items, and we do recommend for your own peace of mind, that proof of postage is obtained.
